Guidelines for Using Faithon’s AI Automation & Intelligent Workflow Solutions
Faithon provides AI automation and intelligent workflow services designed to help Moroccan companies and professionals streamline repetitive tasks, optimize operations, and boost productivity. By subscribing, using, or accessing our services, you agree to the following terms.
Plans & Features
Starter Plan: Single-channel automation for WhatsApp, email, or web to manage basic repetitive tasks efficiently.
Pro Plan: Multi-process automation including sales, client communication, lead generation, and automated content scheduling.
Premium Plan: Fully customized multi-channel automation with advanced workflows and integration with business tools.
Starter Plus / Pro Plus: Optional upgrades of Starter or Pro plans, offering enhanced performance, additional features, and more channels. Available on a case-by-case basis.
All plans include defined performance limits to guarantee secure, reliable, and high-quality service for Moroccan businesses.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD), excluding VAT, with invoices issued according to Moroccan accounting standards.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, card, or other agreed methods. Subscription terms (monthly, quarterly, yearly) are confirmed in writing. Premium plans include a personalized quote with clear deliverables and timelines.
Trial & Refund Policy
New clients benefit from a 10-day free trial after activation to test the AI automation and intelligent workflows. Full refunds are available if canceled within 10 days. After this period, payments are non-refundable unless services are not delivered as agreed.

Timely updates on technical changes, improvements, or incidents.
Data Security & Privacy
Faithon accesses only the accounts, tools, and data explicitly authorized by clients. Client information remains private and can be revoked at any time. Only data necessary for workflows, reporting, and notifications is processed.
Liability & Limitations
Faithon is not responsible for temporary interruptions, maintenance, or errors due to client misconfiguration. Liability is limited to the total payments received for the relevant subscription period.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law.

الأسعار بالدرهم المغربي شامل الضريبة على الفاتورة
طرق الدفع: التحويل البنكي، البطاقة أو حسب الاتفاق
خيارات الاشتراك مرنة (شهري، ربع سنوي، سنوي) مع تأكيد كتابي
الخطط المميزة تتضمن عرض سعر مخصص وشروط واضحة للتنفيذ والتسليم
فترة التجربة وسياسة الاسترداد
تجربة مجانية لمدة 10 أيام لكل عميل جديد بعد التفعيل
استرداد كامل متاح إذا تم الإلغاء خلال 10 أيام
بعد التجربة، المدفوعات غير قابلة للاسترداد إلا في حالة عدم تقديم الخدمة كما هو متفق عليه

ضمان التشغيل المستمر للأتمتة الذكية على مدار الساعة
حماية سرية البيانات وأمن المعلومات لجميع العملاء
تحسين روبوتات المحادثة وعمليات الأتمتة لضمان أفضل أداء.
إبقاء العملاء على اطلاع بأي تحديثات تقنية أو تحسينات
أمان البيانات والخصوصية
الوصول فقط للأدوات والحسابات المصرح بها من قبل العميل
البيانات تظل ملكية للعميل ويمكن سحب الوصول في أي وقت
معالجة البيانات تكون فقط لأتمتة المهام، إدارة الوقت، وإرسال التقارير والإشعارات
المسؤولية والقيود
فايثون غير مسؤولة عن الانقطاعات المؤقتة أو الأخطاء الناتجة عن إعدادات العميل أو نقص البيانات
المسؤولية محدودة بإجمالي المدفوعات المستلمة للفترة الاشتراكية
القانون الواجب التطبيق
تخضع هذه الشروط للقانون المغربي

1. Objet et Champ d’Application
Faithon propose des solutions d’automatisation par intelligence artificielle et des workflows intelligents pour les entreprises et professionnels marocains. Toute souscription ou utilisation de nos services implique l’acceptation de ces conditions.
2. Plans & Fonctionnalités
Starter : Automatisation sur un canal unique (WhatsApp, email ou site web) pour les tâches répétitives.
Pro : Automatisation multi-processus, incluant ventes, communication client, génération de leads et publication de contenu.
Premium : Automatisation sur mesure, multi-canaux, intégrée aux outils professionnels.
Starter Plus / Pro Plus : Versions améliorées avec performances supérieures et fonctionnalités supplémentaires, disponibles au cas par cas.
Chaque plan est limité pour garantir un service stable, sécurisé et de haute qualité.
3. Tarification & Paiement
Les prix sont en Dirhams marocains (MAD) HT, facturation incluse.
Paiement par virement bancaire, carte ou méthode convenue.
Options flexibles (mensuel, trimestriel, annuel) confirmées par écrit.
Le plan Premium inclut un devis personnalisé avec livrables et délais.
4. Période d’Essai et Politique de Remboursement
Nouvel utilisateur : 10 jours d’essai gratuit après activation pour tester l’efficacité de l’IA et des automatisations.
Remboursement intégral possible si annulé dans les 10 jours.
Après la période d’essai, les paiements ne sont plus remboursables sauf non-exécution du service.
5. Engagements de Faithon
Fonctionnement continu 24h/24 et 7j/7
Protection des données clients et confidentialité
Mise à jour et optimisation continue des workflows et Agents IA
6. Sécurité des Données & Confidentialité
Accès limité aux comptes et outils explicitement autorisés.
Les données restent la propriété du client et l’accès peut être révoqué à tout moment.
Seules les données nécessaires aux workflows et rapports sont traitées.
7. Responsabilité et Limites
Faithon n’est pas responsable des interruptions temporaires ou erreurs liées à une mauvaise configuration.
La responsabilité est limitée aux paiements reçus pour la période concernée.
8. Droit Applicable
Ces conditions sont régies par la législation marocaine.
